Roles and Responsibility
We are hiring for Team Lead for our client's Support & Projects department in Mumbai.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling multiple support and projects for the organization
- Troubleshooting L2 level issues and assisting team in resolving the issue.
- Closure of the Projects in timed manner.
- End -to-End involvement for project delivery including planning,, implementation and execution
- Handling of diverse services ticket for various customers and maintaining of our SLA
Desired candidate
Desirable Candidate:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation from tech field is mandatory
- Product Experience: Avaya Aura and IPO related product knowledge mandatory
- Relevant years of experience: 4 to 6 years
- Currently working on field or customer site
- Preferable the candidate works in field handling Support and/ or projects
- Ready to work on field in extensive nearly 24/7 environment
Mandatory Skills & knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Avaya Aura Stack
components i.e.CM, AES, SMGR, SM, CMS etc, IP
office, Good knowledge of SIP and worked on the same.
- Troubleshooting L2 level issues, Good
communication skill should be able to handle team with good attitude and
availability for in a near 24/7 environment
