Roles and Responsibility
We are looking for experienced and professional Recruitment Consultants to join our HR team! As an Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for their open positions.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Understand and learn the details of each job requisition including technical specification, requirements, and project location and duration.
  • Understand the priority of the requisition and the differences between direct and process requirements.
  • Identify qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources including available consultants, resume databases, employment web sites, referrals, personal networks, and other recruiters.
  • Conduct a preliminary technical interview to assess the candidate’s technical skills, communication abilities, location preferences, and salary expectations.
  • Format resumes highlighting the essential skill sets related to project requirements and in accordance with the client’s resume submittal guidelines.
  • Negotiate salaries with candidates in alignment with client’s requirements and resource or account manager’s direction.
  • Submit qualified resumes for each job requisition required by clients.
  • Post job openings on job- seeking websites, and request referrals from employees and sub-tier companies if it is necessary.
  • Adhere to Recruiter Ground Rules regarding job expectations, document templates, e-mail standards, and initial communication with candidates, etc.
  • Conduct “cold call” to potential candidates to establish a relationship and promote the company, and maintain relationships with them.

Recruitment Consultant requirements and qualifications

Experience & Educational requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Information Systems or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a related occupation.
  • The position also requires experience with Resource & Account Management, Technical Recruiting, Beeline & Candidate Application Tracking Systems, Hiring Life Cycles, Client Relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
  • Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
